AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!
Today was my first visit Dr. Cross, the entire process from start to finish was exceptional. The front desk staff, Nurses, NP, etc were friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Dr. Cross her staff and his practice to any of my friends and family members. The bedside manner was exceptional, for Dr. Cross to take time and not rush she asked me questions she took time to get to know me and was concerned. It was a rather long process because of my paperwork that I initially filled out online was not available when I arrived for my appointment, I had to resubmit my new patient paperwork. But the total experience was well worth it the time.

Atmosphere is very peaceful, makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Throughout my whole entire visit, I had no problems. I really loved this office as well as the stuff. Would 100% recommend.

The experience from the moment I walked in the door was excellent. The nurses knew who I was an so very friendly an welcoming. Dr. Banks was everything I expected. We talked about everything about myself an my body an the things to keep me healthy. She answered all my questions an explained details if I didn't understand. My overall experience was 10 stars.

I was really Happy with my entire visit. Everyone was so Awesome Kind and Very Helpful in All My Needs. The Atmosphere was Astonishing. My Doctor has all the Intelligence and Knowledge of one of the Best Educators and Philosophers. She was a Gem A Queen. I felt Honored. All my Family and Friends must experience SERENITY WOMEN'S HEALTH MEDSPA DR. PEACE NWEGBO-BANKS IS VERY WELCOMING and just what the doctor ordered.

Amazing! My mom referred me here and I am so thankful! These ladies were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was healthy and feeling better. I can not thank Dr. Nwegbo-Banks enough for all she has done for me. Truly the best clinic! I am a patent for life.

I absolutely loved my and enjoyed my experience with Dr. Banks and her staff. I have never felt like I've ever had a Dr that listened to me. She literally made me feel like I was her only patient for the day and that's that I was there early in the a.m. I truly feel blessed that Dr. Banks is my doctor ❤

Dr Peace is awesome.
She was so patient and listened to all my concerns. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable. I didn’t feel rush or like I was talking to someone that didn’t care . She was understanding and even had a lot of great recommendations that didn’t cross our mind . My husband and I are excited to start this journey with Dr Peace

This was my first visit at Serenity and my appointment was with Dr. Nwegbo-Banks. I was nervous about seeing a new doctor but I was soon put at ease when Dr. Nwegbo-Banks began to interact with me. I am most impressed with the time that she gave and attention to all of my concerns. Usually you are rushed by the doctor at visits, but not with her. Even though I had written my symptoms down she still allowed and encouraged me to go through each one. I am also impressed with the compassion that she showed toward my personal issues. She not only listened for my physically issues but also my mental compacity. I was very pleased with the service I received from her.

What a pleasant visit! Everyone that works there are warm and friendly, Dr. Cross is very thorough, caring and listens to you. She spent quite a bit of time talking with me about concerns I was having. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful lady doctor!

This was my first appointment with Dr Cross and it was a great experience. Her nurse Crystal was so welcoming and attentive which set the tone for the visit. Dr Cross was thorough and had great bedside manner. The office is beautiful, very luxe.
